Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial Sacral Therapy is one of my favorite modalities. It is a technique born of osteopathy. It is a form of manual therapy that focuses specific holds to cranial bones, spine, and sacrum in service to relaxation and subtle movement of the central nervous system.

It can be very supportive to those who struggle with TMJ, migraines and headaches, and head injuries. It supports overall nervous system health, deep relaxation, and unwinding.

Session rates are $175 for 75 minutes.
